My room was on the 5th floor and was at the back of the hotel - it was SO quiet, despite being just round the corner from the Reeperbahn. It was pretty basic but had everything I needed, including wireless charging and plenty of plug/USB sockets. My friend used the hotel's car park under the Lidl next door and that worked very well - there were loads of empty spaces. Didn't need to speak to the staff much but they were friendly and very helpful. Liked that the room was only cleaned every three days - there's really no need to get clean towels etc every day.

Coherent concept! Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. The rooms are practical and friendly. The beds offer very good sleeping comfort. The bathroom is practical and comfortable for its size. Everything is very clean. When the window is closed, you can't hear anything from outside, it's really quiet. The location is excellent for a trip to the Reeperbahn, it's the ideal place to stay for a weekend in St Pauli. Be sure to book breakfast, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Nothing is missing at breakfast, almost everything has been thought of. The staff are friendly and courteous, and are always keen to ensure that visitors are comfortable. The long breakfast time from 7 am to 11 am is unusual. This helps to equalise the rush when the hotel is full. There was never anything empty at breakfast, it was always topped up immediately and was really delicious! All in all, absolutely recommendable, we will definitely visit hotels in this chain again. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the underground. All major attractions within easy reach. Also, located at the edge of the livelier bar and club area so it’s there if you want it but easily avoided. Useful supermarket next door too. Very clean hotel but room service was not daily! Comfortable room. Bit of a shortage of rail space to hang your clothes though. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Nice big lounge area for relaxing after a hard days sightseeing.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom in particular was well above the standard I've seen across Europe so far. Checking in and out was simple and straightforward. Although I'm not a drinker and don't partake in nightlife, someone who does would absolutely love the location. And despite all the nocturnal activity, the room was well sound-proofed, and perfectly quiet at night (I am a light sleeper and would have woken up otherwise).

Vegan options at breakfast. :D Option to open the window in the room to get some air. :D Location was perfect! Staff was really great, friendly, acommodating. Everything was nice and clean.

The location was perfect for us. It was on the edge of St Pauli, so it wasn't too noisy or sketchy, but it was easily accessible to everything. There is also a grocery store and S-Bahn Station right by the hotel. The rooms were a bit ugly but newly renovated. There was a wireless charging station on one side of the bed, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was small but very nicely refurbished. It was a little pricey, but we were overall very happy with the facilities and location. No issues to complain about.

This place was booked didn't realise how close it was to the Reeperbalm strip, that was an experience. We walked about to most near places I belive you can get a area ticket for the buses, but we enjoyed walking, the hotel is very modern, clean and colourful. Shame there is not much of a sitting area around the bar, but there's lots of bars and places to eat further up the street. Would stay again but we did visit alot of places and of course Gatecrash to see a band

This hotel is in a great location if you're into night life. Short 10-15minute transit to most attractions in Hamburg. Our stay was comfortable. Staff were nice enough. Didn't really have to interact with them much due to the self checkin/ checkout kiosk. Rooms were as advertised, clean, quiet and beds comfortable. Hotel offers overflow off site parking that's just a couple minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good.
