On a scale from 1 to 10, this hotel's location is a 20. It is right next to Hamburg's beating heart - the St. Pauli Reeperbahn entertainment district. For people who like to walk - you can walk safely around this area any time of day and night, the entire area is lively and full of people (if you are not a walker, there is an underground train station in front of the hotel). As a female who was alone I felt very safe, both in the area and when entering the hotel and my room. Despite being in the entertainment district, the hotel is extremely quiet - I did not hear a single sound during my stay. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed comfy and the view from the window lovely. The hotel is also a short walk to Hamburg docks - the landmark St. Pauli landing docks. This hotel is not very close to the city's center (in terms of walking), but you need to be in the center only if you are planning to sleep in the evenings as all businesses close relatively early in Germany. A note regarding footwear - unlike, for example, the Las Vegas Strip where glass is strictly forbidden, the streets of Hamburg's entertainment district tend to be covered in broken glass (they are cleaned on a daily basis, but people brake glass again :-)), so wear shoes with a hard sole.

Excellent location - just around the corner of Reeperbahn street, and at walking distance from the Elbe river, directly connected to the airport via S1 train - for a traveler who wants not only to explore Hamburg, but to feel its way of life. The interior of the hotel is nicely designed. There are desks with lamps and excellent wi-fi in the rooms, ideal for someone who comes to work. Very good breakfast, especially sweet parts, coffee and juices. You also get a token for a free drink of your choice. High level of security - you have to scan your key card to enter the hotel and use the elevator. If you are leaving Hamburg late in the day and need to leave your baggage after check-out, you can also do it very safely at the reception.

Location was excellent as the concert venue was near and the Reeperbahn S-bahn station was around corner with direct connection to airport via S1-line. Breakfast was good. Room and hotel in general was clean and at least my room facing to back garden was surprisingly quiet.

There isn't much to say about the place; it was good. It is located very close to the party zone of Hamburg, but not directly inside which is nice because the noise is practically non existent. It was a hot summer day, but the place had AC, which was highly appreciated, also is well connected, the train station Reeperbahn is in the corner just some meters away.
