It was pretty basic but had everything I needed, including wireless charging and plenty of plug/USB sockets. My friend used the hotel's car park under the Lidl next door and that worked very well - there were loads of empty spaces. Didn't need to speak to the staff much but they were friendly and very helpful. Liked that the room was only cleaned every three days - there's really no need to get clean towels etc every day.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from the underground. All major attractions within easy reach. Also, located at the edge of the livelier bar and club area so it’s there if you want it but easily avoided. Useful supermarket next door too. Very clean hotel but room service was not daily! Comfortable room. Bit of a shortage of rail space to hang your clothes though. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Nice big lounge area for relaxing after a hard days sightseeing.

The location was perfect for us. It was on the edge of St Pauli, so it wasn't too noisy or sketchy, but it was easily accessible to everything. There is also a grocery store and S-Bahn Station right by the hotel. The rooms were a bit ugly but newly renovated. There was a wireless charging station on one side of the bed, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was small but very nicely refurbished. It was a little pricey, but we were overall very happy with the facilities and location. No issues to complain about.
